标题: 靠近QUT的安静，干净的单房出租
15分钟走路到QUT，门口就有车站去市区。只需7分钟走路到ALDI。房间非常干净，里面的家具都是非常新的。室友一个是女科学家，一个是在qut的研究生。大家都互相尊重和非常安静。对于学生来说是一个完美的居住环境啊！我准备放假回国只能忍痛割爱。欢迎两个月的短租到2月16号，或直接把这个房间租下来。有兴趣的请跟我联系。谢谢

Wonderful location! Bus stop in from of the house going to the city. 10min walk to QUT Kelvin Grove campus. Super new furniture in the room. Big window in the room and a decent balcony in the house. One housemate is a master student from QUT, and one is a scientist. They are both super quiet and respectful. What can you ask for more! I am going on holiday, so I have to need to rent the room.
