The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Contribute to the planning and review of college services, and setting priorities and college servicestandards · Allocate human resources, space andequipment · Organise college operation, assigning work, supervising and monitoring work performance of staff · Manage records and accounts of the college · Liaise with Professionals to coordinateschool business and to facilitate resolution of problems · Ensure college equipment and supplies are maintained · Ensure compliance with occupationalhealth and safety regulations · Ensure work complies with relevantgovernment legislation, policies and procedures · Handle staff recruitment, training and appraisals · Organise the promotions for marketing purpose · Work with director to manage college budgets · Design and implement filing systems · Ensure filing systems are maintained and updated · Handle students’ inquiries and complaints · Resister and release students to college and maintain attendance records · Coordinate and correspond with staff members from departments such as canteenoperations, student administrations, accounts and student welfare; tomanage staff recruitment, promotions,performance feedback evaluations, staff payroll, training and supervision To beconsidered for this role it is essential that you have: · Atleast Diploma qualification in Management or Business Administration fields or3 years relevant experience in management · Goodorganisational skills for high demand of diversity of duties and staff matters · Experience developing and implementing business plans · Strong leadership experience · Experienceof budgeting, forecasting and planning · Multi-language background is preferable · Be pleasant, polite manner for dealing with clients and staff Thanks so much
