Hello everyone.

It is perfect for singles who prefer a quiet environment without being interrupted.
The location is just great, 5 min walking to Buranda Village ( Woolworth, Japanese market, local restaurants). 3 min waling to Buranda Station and Buranda Busway, 5 min walking to PA hospital. 15 min by bus to city.
If you are working in Mater Hospital, heaps of buses will take you to Mater hill Station. Just 1 station away!
It is 375 per week with all bills included (AC as well). You will have this room fully furnished with double bed and mattress, a study desk, a lamp, a microwave, a fridge.
Sadly I have to break the lease :( coz I got some personal issue and have to go back to my country. The contract finishes at the end of feburary you can extent it with even better price. If you really want to move in I can offer my cooking wares and some shelves to put in bathroom.
Moving in time is flexile anytime this month.
