Hello,
There is a single room in an apartment for rent in Lutwyche. The whole unit is 2 rooms and 2 bathroom--you will have your private bathroom. You will be living with me (a student in uq and a lot of part time job, so you wint see me a lot) and my cat. So I'm looking for a single female sho loves cat to live with us.
It is a good spot with less than 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. If you dont have a own transport, the buses is just one minutes walk away, with 333, 340, 375, P332, 370, 321. Buses come less than 10 minutes. Direct buses to Chermside, City, QUT and UQ.
Please be noted that i'm looking for a quiet flatmate, no partying and clean. We will share hot water bill, water bill, electricity bills and internet, which will around 20-30 dollars per week depends on your usage.
Inspection start 10/9, and the room is avaliable from 1/10
