parents travelling, need someone with them to pass the immigration

hi everyone, my parents are travelling from HONG KONG at night taking Qantas QF98 on 22/10 night, arriving in the next morning to Brisbane.
They don't speak English, so I hope someone who is travelling the same flight or might have chance to arrive the Brisbane airport around the same time can give them a little help.
