Technical Support Officer (SAD)

An excellent opportunity hasarisen to join MSY Technology in the role of Technical Support Officer.

About the role

We are looking for a TechnicalSupport Officer to support our local state retail store in relate to technicaland pc system building of our QLD State, and direct report to the StateManager.

Your daily duties will include butare not limited to:

·        Answer incoming calls in regards to technical supportand system building

·        Receiving and processing products repair, diagnosticand installation

·        Desktop PC installation including hardwareinstallation, testing and packing

·        Data Entry in to PC Order system (Task Management)

·        Liaising with Warranty Claim Officer (RA)

·        Follow up customer repair

·        Supporting our Branch with technical issue

·        Processes or escalates returned warranty claims andnon-automated warranty claim submissions in order to ensure swift resolution ofeach claim within set timeframes

Requirement

·        To be successful we are seeking someone who:

·        Excellent troubleshooting skills

·        Solid foundation of Personal Computer experience

·        Highly organised, reliable and punctual

·        Customer service oriented with high customer focus.

·        Ability to work alone and handle pressure

·        Has Exceptionally Strong interpersonal skills.

·        Proven track record in achieving and exceedingindividual KPIs.

·        Team player with a flexible and positive attitude

·        High problem solving skill

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skillswith high proficiency in English

·        Self-motivated, persistent and a strong work ethic
