anyway, wonderful idea, but lack of professional management of mycube,
pretty much, they are like a sub leaser, all their income are from you guys, the rental income, if you put a deposit down, then u cant get out of it. also based on what u guys said, you need to pay 6 month rental upfront, they dont cover the lose or damage of your items.
what u can do now, finish your engagament with mycube whenever the lease is over, or seek for some legal advice, like ACCC or some other government agencies.
