If the disclaimers is contained in a contract between with a consumer, the court will interpret the disclaimer contra proferentem which mean the court will interpret the disclaimers against the interest who set up the disclaimers.

但是如果你也是卖家 那可能就不一样了
If the disclaimers is contained in a contract with another business, the courts will presume that you had equivalent bargaining power and will interpret the disclaimer neutrally and without favouring either party
