家里是Veetel公司的ADSL2+ unlimited plan

"Question: Are you a reseller or do you manage your own connections?
Answer: VeeTel manages all the connections and does not resell. VeeTel runs of the iiNet network, if the service is outside the On-Net VeeTel DSLAM, the service can be supplied through Off-Net Telstra DSLAMS with a premium charge. We call it TADSL2"

So.. 到底是Veetel某段线路的问题 还是我家自己的问题呢?

I'm currently work for TSA on the behalf of Telstra....
so I cannot say anything bad of Vee Tel....
However, by my personal point of view, just simply think,
if it is your own problem, when you called them, why did their rep. told you they were upgrading their system?
besides, according to my personal experience,
any company, not only telecommunications, mostly, when met ANY TROUBLE which led to inconvenience to customer,
they'll tell:
Sorry, we are currently upgrading our system/network/equipments in order to get you better service.
And this, does make customer comfortable and would not even care whether the problem is fixed nor will it came again.
It's just an excuse.

Thanks for your reply.

Actually I thought that it would be an excuse but not for that 100% sure..

Personally, I think Veetel is NOT a very professional company as if the 'updating' was true, there is no announcement on its website, which does NOT show any respect to their customers.

Ill call 'em tmr, anyway..

I don think da call's gonna work, anyway....

If they are able to fix it, it has been fixed.
If they are not, they probably call Telstra for help, but dat cost time and MONEY.

No offense, I wonder if 'da' is for 'the' and 'dat' for 'that'? If so, interesing abbr. LOL

for my own experience and some stories from my friends, TPG network sucks.. but we had addressed some problems after calling their customer services.

So.. I hope the 'asking for help' works tmr! And I dont have any other choice, do I?

for ...

you dont, as you said you are under a contract/plan.
maybe try consider changing the provider but i think dat cost you a cancellation fee roughly around $200~$250 depend on your provider. however, other providers offer better quality, higher speed or more data allowance, normally will be more expensive.
According to my limited knowledge, Vee Tel's unlimited ADSL2+ is only $19.95 p.m., rite?
