purchased from Fantastic for $700 just over 7 months with only used by in-laws for 3 weeks. It has been kept in very good condition in the guest from since they left(not in the garage or storage). We are moving to a smaller unit with the 2nd bedroom is too small for the queen bed. The pillowtop mattress is so comfortable that we even think of getting rid of our old and expensive Sealy mattress. Come to check and you will like it. PICK UP ONLY
