南區 Archerfield 大型食品批發 誠聘 全職 Inventory Officer 一名

Position Profile:

• Ensure inventory     accuracy;
• Update stock     movement and monitor stock level;
• Report on near     expiry products and low level stocks promptly;
• Coordinate cycle     counts (Dry and Frozen) and stock take;
• Liaise with     warehouse, shipping and purchasing department to maintain stock level.
  

Accountabilities& Responsibilities:

Monitoring stock level

• Update stock movement;
• Monitor     stock level and identify / report on near expiring products     promptly;
• Coordinate regular     cycle counts and replenishment processes;
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of the annual stock takes
• Define effective     inventory control and replenishment procedures and enforce compliance     across department to maintain accuracy of inventory records;
• Ensure damaged     and returned stocks are adequately managed and reported.
       
  

Receipting

• Liaise with purchasing and shipping department to coordinate receiving schedule and space for indent container and local supply
• Ensure     all receiving goods are properly checked and all documentation are     completed;
• Prepare and record goods receipt and transfer.
  

Reportingand Planning

• Provide timely and     analytical management reporting;
• Report,     investigate and resolve variances;
• Analyse and     reconcile stock take results;
• Attend to     inventory/stock level enquiries;
• Maintain all     inventory paper and electronic records.
  

Skills Required

• 1-2 years Inventory Control experience
• Excellent     communication and negotiating skills
• Strong planning     and organisational skills
• Effective     problem solving skills, analytical and critical thinking
• Computer literate with proficient     use of the MS Office suite especially MS Excel
• Warehouse Management Computer     System experience
• Proven experience in data entry
• Attention to detail
• Language: English and Chinese     (Cantonese/Mandarin) Preferred
