以下是我們的徵才條件唷！
Job title: Sales support and inventory controller (Full time)

About the role

Process orders via Inventory system; arrange delivery via 3PL system
Assisting Dispatch Team with outgoing parcels
Assist Sales Team with customer support related functions
First escalation point internally for all shipments related queries
Liaise with other departments, such as operational marketing, service and sales, E-commerce.

Stock management:

Management of stock distribution between warehouses
Reviewing inventory and daily orders across multiple branches
Monitor on demand and inventory levels
Complete appropriate paperwork related to handling inventories and branch transfers.
Attend and assist store stocktakes as required
General Administration duties
Provide back up support to colleagues when necessary

About you

Experience in Inventory system is desirable but not essential.
Ability to multitask and prioritise while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
Sound organisational, time management and planning skills
Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
A passion for problems solving in complex situations
A mindset of continuous learning
Highly motivated self-starter
Fluent in Mandarin is a must
