About the role

We have a unique opportunity for a Full-Time Accounts All-rounder(Entry Level) to join our team located at Rocklea 4106. This role is a combination of Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, EOM adjustment, reconciliation.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

Accurately manage an efficient daily accounting workflow through MYOB, including, invoicing and managing the AR and AP.
Process weekly payroll, PAYG reporting,quarterly superannuation payment and insurance matters.
Completed EOM procedures including bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, general ledger EOM adjustment (accruals, pre-payments, and journals).
Liais with the suppliers to arrange the shipment of containers and prepared the clearance documents for logistics companies.
Conduct multiple financial and profitability analysis reports.
Identify account irregularities and helped with any process improvements on key financial functions.
Manage and respond to the accounts and sales email inbox.
Performe ad-hoc administrative duties associated with the accounting role.

What are we looking for?

You will be tertiary qualified in accounting or business degree;
Strong verbal and written communication skillsin English and Chinese (As we import products from Chinese factories, Chinesespeaker is preferable);
Accounting experience in a similar size organization is desirable;
Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection experience;
Advanced computer skills (MS Excel & MSWord);
Cash handling experience;
Experience with accounting software (MYOB);
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
Effective time management with flexibility and adaptability to maintain work output during times of pressure and tight deadlines;

Reward

Salary between $43K - $45K +Super. Salary will be based on proven experience.
