Walking distance to city ferry, Sharfston college, and local supermarket. Bus stop at front step, direct to Wooloongabba, Southbank, Mater hill, and city in 15 minutes.
Room furnished with queen size bed, desk, drawer, and chair.
Smoking only allowed outdoor.
160 per week including bills and unlimited WIFI.
Strict one week deposit required once commit to move in. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent to be paid before move in. Rent to be paid in advance fortnightly.
Home stay includes Chinese meals available with negotiation.
