Accountspayable:

• Filling application form & forward to manager for approval
• Issuing purchase order and covert purchase order into tax invoice
• Receiving tax invoices & stamp receipt date on tax invoice & forward to manager for approval
• Matching invoice with purchase order
• Creating MYOB file & import accounts from clients
• Set up new supplier card files in MYOB
• Process tax invoice in MYOB: coding
• After processing in MYOB, stamp "posted" on tax invoice
• Organizing payment statement & forward to manager for payment
• Reconciliation payment
• Rroducing monthly report
• Assist in month end closing
• Bank reconciliation
  

Accountsreceivable:

• Creating new customers accounts
• Creditability check: ABN lookup
• Billing and receipting
• Processing payment in MYOB
• Generating aged report
• Managing and collecting outstanding invoices
• Accounts receivable reporting
• Raising journals, credit and adjustment notes
• Record provision of doubtful journals and bad debt journals
• Liaising with clients and internal staffs
• Statement reconciliation
  

Others:

• GST reconciliation and BAS lodgment
• Set up payroll card file in MYOB for clients and process payroll
• Updating FAR and recording depreciation journals
• Updating prepayment schedule and accrual spread sheet
• Assisting in P & L analysis: preparation of spread sheet for senior accountant
• Assisting in prepare budget and forecast draft in EXCEL
