Young female UQ undergraduate looking for a nice and comfy single bedroom to rent in and around Indooroopilly in late February 2013. The room must be furnished, comes with considerable size, good air-ventilation and ample lights.
I am a studious but easy-going housemate who really appreaciates clean and tidy housemates, who shall be respectful of other's privacy/lifestyle. Prefer non-smoking housemates but pet is negotiable.
The property must be very close to bus stop with frequent buses going directly to/from UQ and Brisbane CBD.
The property must be equipped with i.e. microwave, fridge, stove, and INTERNET!
