Job title: Sales support and inventory controller (Full time)
About the role
- Process orders via Inventory system; arrange delivery via 3PL system
- Assisting Dispatch Team with outgoing parcels
- Assist Sales Team with customer support related functions
- First escalation point internally for all shipments related queries
- Liaise with other departments, such as operational marketing, service and sales, E-commerce.
Stock management:
- Management of stock distribution between warehouses
- Reviewing inventory and daily orders across multiple branches
- Monitor on demand and inventory levels
- Complete appropriate paperwork related to handling inventories and branch transfers.
- Attend and assist store stocktakes as required
- General Administration duties
- Provide back up support to colleagues when necessary
About you
- Experience in Inventory system is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and precision in record keeping
- Sound organisational, time management and planning skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- A passion for problems solving in complex situations
- A mindset of continuous learning
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must
