New Fortune Australia Investment is a development and Investment company. We currently have a junior property manager position available. If you are looking for new challenges and learn all aspects of property management with the intention of helping you to grow into the role of managing your own portfolio in the future.
Your daily activities will include but not be limited to: - Assisting on our current portfolio
- Attending Entries, Exits and Routine Inspections
- Leasing and Open Homes
- Arranging maintenance and quotes
To be considered for this Property Manager role, you must: - Have a minimum 12 month's property management experience
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate
- Have strong attention to detail and great work ethic.
- A current Drivers Licence
- Proficient computer skills/use of technology
- Excellent time management.
- Mandarin & English speaking
