Well-known lighting company is seeking an experienced Office All-rounder to join our small but busy team in Richlands.
You daily role will include: - processing of customer purchase orders and invocies
- customer service (phone enquries and walk-in customers)
- documents filing
- order office supplies
- provide support to management team
- other general office admin duties
To be considered for this role, you require: - strong customer service skiils and excellent telpehone manner
- excellent organisational and communicatiuon skills
- accurate typing and data entry skills
- exceptional spreadsheet and WORD skills
- ability to prioritise work and multi-task
- a good teamplayer and able to work unsupervised when required
- fluent in both English and Mandarin
- a can-do attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is a MUST.
