The two furnished rooms are located at the same lowset unit in a complex. Each room has ceiling fan,air-con,built-in wardrobe double bed, desk etc. Occupants in these two rooms will share a separated bathroom including toilet. Chinese satellite TV is available in lounge room. The complex has swimming pool and BBQ entertaining area.
It's a 5 minute walk to local shopping village and to City Express Bus Stop 130, 135. Rent $105 pw including electricity, water and ADSL+2 internet access. It is available now.
