距离Toowong Village很近，可步行到412，411，402车站或前往市区的巴士站，方便在City, QUT和UQ读书的同学。

整套出租，2卧室，2卫浴，宽敞的厨房，烤箱，微波炉，车库，还包括高速网络，周租$440.

Looking for someone to take over my lease (Mid of December to February, can be negotiable)
- Fully furnished apartment
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main bedroom has en-suite, the other bathroom has a bathtub) and a garage (can be used as car park)
- Comes with 2 new queen size beds, study tables, chairs, dining table, washing machine. You don’t need to buy anything to move in.
- Walking distance to Toowong Village and 10 mins bus ride to UQ via 412, 402, 411 buses
- Apartment available from mid of December 2018 to 8th February 2019 (Lease can be renewed after that)

$440 per week for the whole apartment, includes water, internet (excludes electricity which is around $10 per week)
