现诚招执行董事助理一名，以全面辅佐Director 在各个方面更加快捷方便的展开共工作。需要流利中英文及聪明伶俐的性格，具体需求如下：
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Monitoring and organizing his calendar and inbox and responding to emails as required;
- Scheduling and confirming meetings and events;
- Preparation of agendas, reports and meeting notes;
- Preparation of quotes, proposals and client presentations;
- Inputting workflow information into the company databases and internet;
- Preparation of financial reporting for weekly financial management meetings;
- Liaising with relevant external advisors and contacts;
- Coordinating all aspects of travel for him and working to support personal commitments;
- Building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels;
- Some international/interstate travel will be required;
- Ensuring he is completely supported and ably to smoothly manage his very full life.
Boxes you must tick:
- Any administration experience (worked with an Executive/Director would be GREAT)
- Be a confident, humble and honest person
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- General office software, and computer knowledge
- Not afraid to manage up and direct the Managing Director politely and professionally
- Get it done attitude
- High attention to detail
- Be discreet and maintain confidentiality/privacy
Nice to have's:
- Accounting background
- Social media savvy
- Marketing experience
- Multilingual, especially Chinese
